- Abstract
- In the article is examined the concept of the restructuring of criminal legal procedure, based on the failure of the united principles of before judicial and judicial production, the acknowledgement of the fundamental difference between the suppositional and judicial proofs. As a result carried out analysis they are brought into question the methodological justifiability of the proposed to concept restructuring and presence of objective reasons for its realization.
