- Abstract
- in recent years there has been a vigorous debate among scholars, lawyers and judges about the possibility of the adoption of the precedent system in Russian Federation. But the focus is concentrated on the Supreme courts of Russian Federation leaving the issue of the extension of precedent rules on the other judicial instances without much attention. Studying the experience of U.S. Federal judicial system the article summarizes the role of the U.S. Federal Circuit Courts in setting precedents.
