Abstract

The article examines the construction of a system of law. Refers to the theoretical and practical sense solutions to this problem. Touched upon the basis offormation of areas of law. Objective and subjective factors form of law. Argued that the right to a legal matter existing in society is within the subjective factor of social development, and consequently, the formation of the structure of the legal system is largely due to the practical needs and is the work of man, his mind, the whole legal technique.
