- Abstract
- the article deals with researching of state formation holistic mechanism of state control over the set of military goods in a foreign countries through the creation of a new kind of the state jurisdictional immunity. The author concludes that the international legal framework for such control is the fundamental principle of control on the intended over the sets of military goods in the foreign countries.
