Abstract
In the present article is considered the issue of "discovery" the International Law of the Medieval as the most productive period in the International Law. In this period began the origins International Law in West Europe, Indo-China and Arabian regions; secularization the law from the religion and morals and origins such institutions of law as territory, international responsibility, ratification, illegitimate of the international treaties, etc.
