- Abstract
- The article discusses some aspects of history and theory of law, especially the originality of displays of the communicative approach in modern social sciences and jurisprudence and common complementary semantic possibilities of communication concept which are outlined in West European sociology and philosophy. The conception of communication is compared with Russian word the dialogue and it is affirmed that its literal meaning is not reduced to dialogue.
