- Abstract
- The article discusses the problems and causality of the negative effect of the phenomenon of alienation, marginality and non-adaptivity on the nature of legal relations between state and personality. Attention is paid to the tendency towards an increase in law violation in modern Russian society, resulting in the disbalance of law and order. The paper also identifies the interdisciplinary and the institutional approaches to the study of legal marginality and its types and proves the idea of constructing legal policy in the sphere of overcoming legal marginalization.
