Abstract
In this article an effectiveness of a state administrative in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The problems of improving the quality and accessibility ofpublic services to the population of the country and necessity of optimization of the staff number of officials is considered. Authors highlight changes in Russia in connection with the administrative reform.
