- the article dedicates to the role of Intellectual property law in economic development and international technology transfer. Special attention is paid to problems of the TRIPS regime (WTO) of exhaustion exclusive rights, regulation of parallel imports. The article analyses article 6 TRIPS Agreement and principle of territoriality.
