Abstract

Тhis anniversary article tells us about conspicuous prerevolutionary legal scholar - E.N. Berendts on the base of archival depositories of Tartussa University (Estonian Republic). The article deals with new biographic facts about him, in particular about a place, where he emigrated after 1917 and where he completed his course of life. The author considers the papers of E.N. Berendts according finance, administrative and constitutional law. The author also researches the career of E.N. Berendts as a distinguished administrative official of Russian Imperia.
