- the article highlights the issues of protection of aesthetic properties of natural landscapes through specially protected natural areas. The author analyzed the current legislation governing the procedure for the establishment and the legal regime of specially protected natural areas and identified the problems of taking into account of aesthetic properties of natural landscapes.
