- considers the basic concepts and defi nitions of the theory of an information exchange and information interaction, revealed and formulated the concepts not opened in legislative acts - information interchange, information interaction and common information space of the integration union. Besides, the author it is offered to fix base concept of the electronic document in the Russian and international legislation.
