- Abstract
- The article concerns probable directions of the development of the system of investigatory actions. It is shown that this development can't be limited by custom affiliation of any new elements because of its restriction by the requirement of its conformity with the principles of the criminal procedure and the tenets of the theory of evidences. On this basis the author criticizes so called "nonconventional methods ofproof": odorology, polygraph examination, hypnosis, psychic's posts, as well as "extra investigatory actions", which consist operative investigative actions.
