- Abstract
- In the article the legal aspects connected with activity of local governments in the field of management by the ground areas are analyzed. Taking into account legislative norms and opinions of scientists-jurists powers of municipalities in sphere of use of the earths for municipal needs are investigated. On the basis of the theoretical analysis the practical decision of problems and modification of the domestic legislation is offered.
