Abstract

The article analyzes such poorly studied concepts of the Russian law of evidence as “sources of evidence” and “sources of actual knowledge”. The article demonstrates the relation between them and their connection with the other regulatory directions, their development in the proof theory and their signiﬁcance for the judicial and investigative practice. It gives the grounds for updating of the legal rulemaking of the concepts in guestion.
