- Abstract
- economic relations (having bright individual specifi c character) are the object of economic law. The method of the lawful regulation of economic relations is characterized as complex. For the special feature of object and method of economic law (having their structure and system) they make possible to present it as makromodel, at the basis of construction by which the rules of constitutional, fi nancial and owners law of the Russian Federation.
