Abstract
The article deals with students’ tongue slips during the state examinations according to the theory of the state and the law. It is an attempt to reveal the reasons of such mistakes and determine to what extent the students’ acquisition of the knowledge depends on the teaching methods used by professors. In addition, the article proposes some tools to cope with the problem.
