- Abstract
- The article covers issues associated with distribution and use of cash flows of commercial organizations. Show insufficiency of state regulation of this sphere, which negatively affects the solution of national tasks to the transition of Russia to the innovative socially oriented model of economy. Build respective needs of socio-economic development of the legal the mechanism makes the search for a new legal education, the subject of which will cover the whole complex of relations on state regulation of the use and redistribution of cash flows of commercial organizations.
