- Abstract
- The proposals concerning the codification of administrative-procedure legislation of the Russian Federation nowadays are considered in the article. The author draws the conclusion on impossibility of creation of full value Administrative Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in present situation and suggests the possible versions of the solving the problem of systematization of administrative-procedure legislation.
