- Abstract
- The proclamation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the variety of forms of ownership, including private property rights, requires the State to create certain legal mechanisms ensuring the realization and protection of the law, as well as other rights ofproperty for land (Cadastre and State registration of rights, protection against unreasonable seizure of land plots, etc.). These arrangements were the subject of this article. In addition, the legal issues are the development of agriculture and, in particular, the right to engage in business in agriculture.
