- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the problems of improvement of legal regulation of the budget and budget process of the Union state of Belorussia and Russia through the adoption of respective laws of the Union state, the resolution of problems of augment of revenues of the Union state’s budget without increasing the burden on budgets of Russia and Belorussia and consolidation benefits from the use of the budget funds by the adoption of legislative measures to manage the property of the Union state and by the accession of the Union state to treaties, ensuring the existence of the Customs Union of Belorussia, Kazakhstan and Russia, the United Economic Space and the Eurasian Economic Union.
