- The article is concerned with the analyses of Federal Reserve Banks'' specific features. The subject matter of the article is research of possibility to implement the components of Federal Reserve Banks' system into Russian banking system for the purpose of improving the mechanism of interaction between the Branches of the Bank of Russia and other bodies and credit institutions.
