Abstract
Legal policy in the defense offreedom of economic activity is based on the concept ofpublic protection of the freedom of economic activity, which is the set of theoretical principles that define the concept of freedom of economic activity, the content and form, the principles of legal regulation offreedom of economic activity, the concept of public interest and its relationship with freedom of economic activity; framework for the protection of freedom of economic activities of law enforcement agencies.
