- Abstract
- Some possibilities of semiotic approach to research of law are states in the article. The ground of dialogical conjugacy between language and law is explained through the discovery of structural analogies. The author arrives at the conclusion that the style of legal system is substantially connected with semantic-pragmatic rules, which encode legal institutions in accordance with the social-historical context.
