- The work presents complete and objective evaluation of Yearbook of Law of the Sea for 2008 year. Specially prepared for the 40th Anniversary of the Russian Association of the Law of the Sea. Annotation coverts the whole complex of problems of the Law of the Sea as it is promulgated in the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.
