- Abstract
- Considering a question on state signs, it is necessary to distinguish its theoretical design and the existing actually, developing phenomenon existing actually. The real state not always corresponds to its model. It is necessary to consider that state signs form a dynamic number the quantity of elements in which with reference to the concrete state can vary. The structure of these signs is influenced by a considerable quantity of factors: the form, economic and social bases, features cultural-historical development the states, its geographical position, religion, etc.
