Abstract

The article considers the constitutional and legal basis of passive suffrage, сircle and classiﬁcation of subjects of the passive suffrage according to various criteria, requirements for the subjects of passive suffrage, and deﬁned entity the concept of the terms “suspension”, “deprivation”, “restriction” passive suffrage.
