Abstract
The present article is devoted to the analysis of legal mechanism of legal enforcement in respect of real estate subject to mortgage in non-judicial proceedings based on the executive endorsement of the notary public in focus of the latest changes of the Russian legislation and as well in the historical aspect of development of this mechanism in the Russian law.
