- Abstract
- the article considers the main features of the structure and content of the legal system of the European Union. Special attention is paid to such of its properties, as the system and the hierarchical nature of the construction and operation of a law of the European Union; the presence in the legal system of norms, outgoing from each of the three, forming the European Union Communities; lack of the clear division contained in the legal system of the European Union norms, the norms of public law and private law, etc.
