- Abstract
- the author investigates the Russian legislation concerning the rights of indigenous small-numbered peoples and its correspondence to international standards. Emphasis is placed on the fact that there is currently no effi cient system of legal support and protection for indigenous small-numbered peoples' interests in Russia and it is necessary to bring the Russian legislation into compliance with international norms.
