- Abstract
- Legal regulation of termination of the employment contract is one of the key aspects of labor law. The completion of the relations between the parties of the employment contract is governed by the laws of any modern state. This article examines the similarities and differences in the legal regulation of termination of the employment contract under the legislation of the Russian Federation and the French Republic. The author proposes some measures for the improvement of Russian labor legislation taking into account the experience of France.
