- Abstract
- Prospects and trends of the legal protection of the environment in our country at the present stage of its development involve a wide range of interests of the citizens, social groups and society as a whole. Sharpening manifestations of the ecological crisis is one of the most serious and dangerous challenges of our time. The article contains a review of the book AA Tranina "Legal problems of environmental development of modern Russia”, dedicated to the study of areas of concern, issues of environmental risks, and it contains a number of valuable ideas on the urgent need to provide a legal regulation of the use of nanotechnology and other innovative projects. The book under review will undoubtedly attract attention of specialists dealing with issues of environmental protection.
