Abstract
The article concerns the part of a jurisprudence science named as “Legal global studies”. The author considers that globalization of world economy and of the public relations as a whole is inevitably reflected in character and development of a legal superstructure. The existing tendencies of evolution of International Law, national legal systems - in their interaction, and in interaction of the States and Nations, - conducts to the formation of the normative complex - global normative system which consists of legal and non-legal norms (rules). Its subsystem is the global law system which includes several components: international law and the national legal systems as its indissoluble two-unity, plus supranational law and transnational law. The structure of global law system includes also mechanisms of legal regulation, law-consciousness on every level, functioning law regimes and so on. Evolution of global normative system is being performed in the regime of Rule of Law.
