Abstract

The authors note that at first glance, the development of civil society within exclusively private interests, but the participation of public power and public distribution of norms on private law sphere (albeit indirectly) cannot be questioned. Held a small excursion into the history; the author concludes that the idea of "social contract” is the basis of dialogue of the state with civil society.
