- Abstract
- the legislative drafting is the first and determining stage of lawmaking, since exactly on it the text of the draft law submitted to the State Duma is developed. Today the development of the original draft law, due to insufficient scientific study and the lack of the necessary legal regulation, is primarily creative and sometimes chaotic. The article considers the suggestions of scientists on the optimization of legislative activity with the help of scientifically based technology. In order to improve the quality of bills, the author suggests a certain algorithm for their development, which consists of four stages: the formulation of legislative idea, the concept development of the bill, drafting its text and preparing for submission to the State Duma.
