- Abstract
- The article discusses the current state of the Service Law through the prism of the formation of anti-corruption legislation. The author notes that the legislation on corruption counteraction in the sphere of office activity, which is currently formed haphazardly, should be based on certain basic approaches. Built on this basis, the legislation significantly changes the status of a number of officials in the system of state and municipal management, which objectively require regulation of labour standards oice, instead of labor laws.
