Abstract

In the review conference presents a series of performances, illustrating the direct relationship of economics and law; emphasis on the interdependence of individual segments of economic relations and their legal clearance (in such economic activities as tax and implemented activities, investment activity, banking, foreign trade, customs and other types of economic activity). The conclusion about expediency of removing economic rights as megateli, which is regarded scientists in the field of theory of law, as evidenced by the presence of the subject (economic relations) and is illustrated by fragments of an applied nature, given by specialists in such branches of Russian law, financial law, business law, civil law, administrative law and other branches.
