Abstract

The article discusses the status of the police as the subject of the ad-administrative responsibility in the mechanism of ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens. The work reveals the organization of the police, and therefore some are legal and organizational problems of such an organization, on the basis of the training conducted research suggestions are made concerning the demarcation Russian police on the police and criminal police of public security.
