- Abstract
- Fixation in the Constitution of the Russian Federation the republican form of government became a theme of scientific discussions about what type of republic is modern domestic form of government. According to the results of former analysis of different types of the republican form of government, the author takes an effort to outline some characteristics of the republican form of government and to show some especially of the domestic form of government. The unifications of the domestic of republican form of government are the theme of this article. The author speaks about definite dependence of form of the government from feeling for law and order. The unique feeling for law and order and mentality of Russian nation influences greatly to the form of the government of the domestic state. The legal culture of modern Russian society is qualitative index of occurring political, social and economical transformations in Russian Federation.
