- В статье раскрывается содержание полномочий органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации в сфере социального обеспечения, анализируются вопросы их правового регулирования и практической реализации в субъектах Федерации на примере Тюменской области. Обосновывается важная роль и значение полномочий органов государственной власти регионов в решении социальных задач при построении современного социального государства.
