- Abstract
- The article presents the analysis of the category "electronic monetary funds" from the standpoint of legal theory and the theory of special branches of law and proved the conclusion that under this category refers to a legal fiction introduced for the convenience of separating non-cash turnover, carried out without going through the banking system.
