- Abstract
- The article analyses the problem of defining the law enforcing state function from the position of state functions theory. The authordeclares that in theory the state functions are seen as different state activity directions, along with the ones of different logical categories.Nevertheless the state functions system are supposed to be based on a single logical basis. The article displays the variety of opinionsabout law enforcement function of the state. The problem of comparison of such terms as “law enforcement function of the state”, “lawenforcing form of state functions realization”, “protective function of the state”, “state security protection”.
