- Abstract
- Article is devoted to the definition of the legal nature of the status of minors, which are a special category of subjects of law, which is reflected in the content of their status. The definition in the law theory, especially of civil and family law, the concept of the legal status of the child, revealing its legal nature, aimed not only at the development of science, but also in law enforcement that would contribute to more effective implementation of the protection of the rights of children. The article also presents the theoretical basis is not only the status of the child, but the specifics of its structural elements, the contents of his status.
