- Abstract
- The annual All-Russian scientific-practical conference devoted to memory of Doctor of Law, Professor, honored scientist of Russia V.D. Sorokin (Sorokin reading) took place in St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation on March 25, 2016. During the discussion speakers noted the importance of the scientific heritage of V.D. Sorokin for the development of Administrative and Administrative Procedural Law in Russia, the theory of administrative process, they expressed their own views on the problem of modernization of public management, Administrative and Administrative Procedure Law, of improvement of police and other law enforcement.
