- Abstract
- One way of influence of the right on public relations is the establishment of prohibitions and laying on the individual the obligations to act within certain limits, keeping him thus from socially harmful, behavior that violates the interests of other subjects of the right. The terms that describe the extent of usage by the individual the social benefits protected by the state are “limit” and “restriction”. The author explores some values of indicated definitions. In particular, the author analyzes such category value of “limit” as the scope of a possible legal regulation of social relations; subjective right borders; permitted forms and methods of the subjective right; possible border of restricting of the subjective right content. Such aspects of the concept “limit” as the restriction of the natural and legal personal freedom; legal means of deterring of destructive behavior; the decrease of the subjective right are also discussed in the article. As a result, the research is produced to formulate possible definitions of “limit” and “restriction”.
