- Abstract
- The review contains speeches of the participants of Scientific-practical conference, held on 25 April 2014 at the Institute of state and law, Russian Academy of Sciences. In the center of attention of conference participants was both theoretical and practical issues of labour safety problems in modern Russia, establishment of state guarantees on ensuring the rights of citizens to a healthy and safe working conditions in the new socio-economic conditions, implementation of state control (supervision) over observance of this right.
