- Abstract
- The article offers an overview of scientific and practical conference held at Togliatti State University on April 12–14, 2016. The conference focused on the discussion of the draft of a legal policy concept in the field of legal responsibility. The article covers critical comments on the draft as well as new proposals that supplement and develop the existing sections of the concept.
