Abstract

The features of the institution ofprivate property in the constitutional law, the initial absolution ofprivate property in the interests of social layer, winning in bourgeois revolutions XVII-XVIII c., the forms of subsequent restrictions on this right, legal situation ofprivate property and other forms of ownership in the conditions of modern capitalism, in the survived countries of the totalitarian socialism as well in the states of Muslim fundamentalism are considered.
