- Abstract
- The article considers the issues related to the guarantees for employees in collective labor disputes, which resulted in the strike. Disclosed statutory prohibitions on dismissal of employees participating in the strike, and the application of disciplinary sanctions. Shows the value negotiated at the Federal level, sectoral agreements establish safeguards to the workers during the strike. Special attention is paid to the necessity of education strike funds, which have economically to protect workers and their families during the collective action.
