- Abstract
- The aim of the article is to define a human from the point of view of legal science. To this purpose we formulated the criteria common to all subjects of law (legal capacity, ringfenced assets). Besides there are formulated characteristics distinguishing a human from the animals, from the objects of inanimate nature, as well as - and from other people, including relatives (biometric personal data). There is revealed the importance of the base and the date of occurrence and termination of a natural person.
